Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If your tracking number doesn’t show updates for a few days, don’t worry β€” it usually starts updating once the shipment reaches your country and is scanned by your local courier.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

β€’ If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you must notify us within 6 hours of placing the order.

β€’ If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost or resend it (additional fees may apply).

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked β€œdelivered” by the courier. In such cases, you must file a claim with the delivery carrier.

Will I receive everything in one package?

Sometimes we may ship products separately depending on stock location and product type.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, it may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

My tracking says β€œNo information available.” What should I do?

Some couriers may take 2–5 business days to update their tracking systems. If there’s still no update after 5 days, contact us at support@thermahug.co.uk
